Manzanilla is a fino style sherry, that has been produced and matured around the area of Sanlucar de Barrameda. A manzanilla is generally a little saltier in taste than a fine. This then is also a Pasada, meaning it has had an extended maturation period of 7 years. The solera for this is 80 butts, the soleras at Lustau dating back to 1899. Theres a tiny amount of this gorgeous gem.
